We want you to be completely satisfied with KeywordKit. If you are not happy with the Service for any reason, we offer a full refund within 14 days of your purchase — no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply email us at support@keywordkit.app within 14 days of your purchase date. Include the email address associated with your account.

We will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy.

What's Covered

This refund policy applies to:

  • Monthly subscriptions: Refund of the most recent monthly payment within 14 days of that charge
  • Annual subscriptions: Full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal date
  • Lifetime plans: Full refund within 14 days of purchase

After the 14-Day Window

Monthly Plans

After the 14-day window, you may cancel your subscription at any time. No refund will be issued for the current billing period, but you will retain access to paid features until the end of that period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Annual Plans

After the 14-day window, annual subscriptions are non-refundable for the remainder of the annual term. You may cancel to prevent renewal, and you will retain access until the end of your paid period.

Lifetime Plans

After the 14-day window, lifetime plan purchases are non-refundable, as the plan provides indefinite access to the Service.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect abuse of this policy, including but not limited to:

  • Repeated purchase-and-refund cycles
  • Bulk data extraction during the refund window followed by a refund request
  • Account sharing or reselling access

South African Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in South Africa, this policy does not limit any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, including your right to return goods and receive a refund in the circumstances set out in that Act.
